Responsible sponsorship boundaries
Protect trust, clarity, and nonprofit independence
Unified Wellness Project is a nonprofit focused on wellness education, accessible resources, healthy living, community outreach, and connection. It is not presented as a medical clinic. A sponsor should not use the relationship to imply diagnosis, treatment, clinical care, professional endorsement, or guaranteed health results.
Support must not control educational conclusions or weaken source standards. Any sponsored material should keep clear authorship, current authoritative references, plain-language explanations, limitations, and appropriate directions to qualified help. Names, logos, links, photographs, participant information, and public claims should be used only with permission.
Financial or in-kind support does not automatically establish tax deductibility, advertising rights, exclusivity, preferred-provider status, program ownership, or a continuing relationship. Prospective sponsors should ask questions, review written terms, and obtain independent tax or legal advice when those issues matter.
